On the palate the wine delicately flows with flavors of candied plums, aforementioned dark chocolate-covered raspberry and cherry that’s now richer as if the chocolate were covered in sweet molasses. The finish on this wine brings powerful, velvety tannins with an amazing supple texture.

*SOLD OUT* The 2021 Petite Sirah has an elegance to it unlike any other vintage before it. The aromas of baked blueberry and plum are surrounded by notes of white pepper and cigar wrapper. As it rushes over the palate, gentle notes of rich dark cherries join the party along with fresh jasmine and spice. This Petite Sirah has thick and velvety tannins that are perfectly balanced with a bright acidity providing a beautiful freshness to the wine that overtakes your tastebuds and delivers a long-lasting finish. 

Aromas of honeydew melon, nectarine, fig and Bartlett pear entice the nose with a touch of fresh cut honeysuckle. The palate intensifies these aromatics, then slowly fades into a long, caramelized apple finish. A crisp acidity balances a fuller-bodied style of Sauvignon Blanc, creating a round, creamy mouth feel with a long finish that you don't typically see in a Sauvignon Blanc.
