Dark ruby-red hues gleam from the glass of this 2022 Merlot. The nose delivers a fragrant bouquet of red cherry, raspberry, and black plum, further accentuated by beautiful floral notes of rose petals and fresh lilac. These same ripe fruit flavors continue on the palate, intermingling with layers of espresso, salted caramel, vanilla and savory spice. The tannins are soft and well-integrated, delivering an elegant, silky finish.

A deep burgundy core reveals rich and inviting aromas of black cherry, blackberry, plum, vanilla and delicate violets. The palate continues with the same black cherry and blackberry fruits, mixed with subtle hints of mocha, eucalyptus, forest floor and toasted oak. The finish is long and lingering with bittersweet chocolate notes and smooth, velvety tannins.

 A deeply concentrated, fruit driven wine with intense aromas of ripe elderberry, blackberry, blueberry and black plum. Hints of black pepper, vanilla, coffee grounds and cigar further add to the wine’s mystique and complexity. Ripe black fruits dominate the palate finishing with an unexpected brightness and mouth-coating tannin. This wine is a meal in itself! Best to aerate at least an hour before serving and serve between 58-60 degrees.

The palate intensifies these aromatics, then slowly fades into a long, caramelized apple finish. A crisp acidity balances a fuller-bodied style of Sauvignon Blanc, creating a round, creamy mouth feel with a long finish that you don't typically see in a Sauvignon Blanc.
